xhopex Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Casino Rules

By accessing the xhopex website at xhopex.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by xhopex, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the xhopex platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all xhopex services, including but not limited to online casino games, Aviator, Jackpot Slots, Baccarat, Fishing Games, Virtual Sports, the VIP Club, and the Refer a Friend programme. Where separate terms exist for specific promotions or products, those terms apply alongside these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general terms, the specific terms take precedence for that particular product or offer.

xhopex reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the xhopex platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

To register and use xhopex you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not hold player accounts on xhopex.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with xhopex.
• You must be registering for personal, recreational use — not on behalf of another person.
• The registration information you provide must be accurate and complete. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or contact details, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Each person is permitted to hold only one xhopex account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xhopex will close all but the first registered account and may forfeit balances held in duplicate accounts.

xhopex may request identity verification documents at registration or at any point during account activity. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xhopex account credentials, including your username and password. xhopex will never ask for your password by email, chat, or telephone. If you receive any communication purporting to be from xhopex requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity conducted from your account — regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally — is your responsibility. xhopex is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access arising from a player's failure to secure their credentials.

xhopex strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available from the account security settings page and adds a second layer of verification to login and withdrawal requests. Players who have 2FA enabled receive priority processing on withdrawal requests.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact xhopex support at support@xhopex.app immediately. xhopex will place a temporary hold on the account while the matter is investigated.

All transactions on xhopex are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xhopex does not impose currency conversion fees. The following deposit and withdrawal terms apply to all xhopex accounts:

Deposits are credited to your xhopex account instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. xhopex does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply standard transaction fees independently of xhopex.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. xhopex reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 or where unusual activity has been detected on the account.

xhopex does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the name on the payment account must match the name on the xhopex account. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated deposit reversed, minus any processing fees charged by the payment provider.

xhopex offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are available to registered xhopex accounts that meet the stated eligibility criteria for that offer.
• One bonus per promotion per account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in account action.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements as stated in the promotional terms. Where wagering requirements apply, they must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• xhopex reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that this does not affect bonuses that are already active on a player's account.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in account suspension.

VIP Club Cashback: Monthly cashback paid through the xhopex VIP Club programme is credited in real PKR with no wagering requirements attached. Cashback is calculated on net losses during the calendar month and credited to the account wallet on the 1st of the following month. VIP cashback credited to a wallet can be withdrawn immediately with no additional conditions.

Refer a Friend: The xhopex Refer a Friend programme pays the referring player a PKR reward when a referred player creates a verified account and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are paid once per valid referral. Attempts to generate fraudulent referrals — including self-referrals, referrals of duplicate accounts, or coordinated referral farming — will result in all associated accounts being closed and rewards forfeited.

All games available on xhopex — including Aviator, Jackpot Slots, Baccarat, Fishing Games, and Virtual Sports — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game. These rules are displayed within each game interface and should be reviewed before play. By placing a bet in any xhopex game, you confirm that you understand the rules of that game.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on xhopex operate on certified, independently audited RNG technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and determined at the moment of each play action. xhopex does not — and cannot — influence individual game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) rates are maintained across all RNG game titles.

The following are strictly prohibited on xhopex and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the xhopex platform outside of normal manual player interaction.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug must report it to support rather than exploit it. Any gains obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players to influence game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or identity misrepresentation.
• Placing bets designed purely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — commonly known as bonus abuse or matched betting on bonus funds.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session that affects the outcome of a bet, xhopex will review the session logs and apply a fair resolution. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined from the logs, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

The xhopex VIP Club is a tiered loyalty programme with five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum Elite. Tier progression is based on verified wagering volume within rolling 30-day periods. The specific wagering thresholds for each tier are displayed on the VIP Club page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing VIP members.

VIP tier status is reviewed on a monthly basis. Players who do not maintain the minimum wagering threshold required for their current tier during a review period may be moved to a lower tier. xhopex will notify players of downgrade actions before they take effect.

VIP benefits — including monthly PKR cashback, personal account managers, withdrawal priority, and exclusive promotions — are available only while the account maintains the relevant tier status. Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be passed between accounts.

VIP Club membership can be suspended or revoked at xhopex's discretion if an account is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, any accumulated but uncredited VIP cashback will be forfeited.

xhopex is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes player welfare seriously. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to alert you after a specified period of play, available in 30-minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from xhopex for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

xhopex may suspend an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, even in the absence of a self-exclusion request. Where such a suspension is applied, the player will be contacted and directed to relevant support resources available from the Responsible Gaming page.

Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using xhopex. If you are aware of an underage person using the platform, please contact support at support@xhopex.app immediately.

xhopex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including use of fraudulent payment methods or identity documents.
• Suspected money laundering or any activity inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming.
• Bonus abuse or any activity designed to exploit xhopex promotions unfairly.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward xhopex staff or other players.
• Maintaining duplicate accounts.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, xhopex reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — for example, at the player's own request — the remaining balance after all pending bets are settled will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact support at support@xhopex.app. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of verification of account ownership.

All content on the xhopex platform — including but not limited to the xhopex brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of xhopex or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any xhopex content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of xhopex intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content on the xhopex platform is licensed from third-party game providers. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective providers. Your licence to play those games is personal, non-transferable, and limited to normal recreational use of the xhopex platform.

xhopex provides the platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding platform availability, uptime, or the absence of technical errors. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xhopex's total liability to any player for any single claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of the player's balance at the time the claim arises. xhopex is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind.

xhopex is not responsible for losses resulting from:

• Internet connectivity failures or interruptions on the player's end.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to the player's payment provider.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's voluntary gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from the player's failure to secure their credentials.

xhopex may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — xhopex will provide at least 14 days' notice via the registered email address before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of the terms, or additions that provide greater clarity without altering existing rights — may be implemented immediately and will be reflected in the updated date shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of xhopex following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date. Voluntary account closure requests submitted in response to an amendment will be processed without penalty, and the account balance returned in full.
